WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are sent out 1-2 days before your reservation date and should arrive by 9pm that day.

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL?
We offer 4 day rentals to make sure you have plenty of time to set up for your dinner party! We recommend you pick a delivery date 1-2 days before your event. Items are due back on the 4th day of the rental.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS WHEN I’M DONE?
Fold your used items and place them back in the re-shippable packaging. Attach your prepaid shipping label and drop off at your nearest UPS store or drop off box. Additionally, you can always schedule a UPS pick up from your home.
Make sure to return your items on the day specified. Unfortunately we have $30 a day fee for each day it's late.

HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS CLEANED?
Our linens and placemats are all cleaned thoroughly each time they are returned to us. They are washed, dried and pressed before being enclosed in plastic for protection and cleanliness.

WHAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH STOCK TO MEET MY NEEDS?
Send us an email to hello@socialsettings.net, and we will see if we can accommodate your needs! The sooner the better, especially for larger events.

WHAT IF MY RENTAL DOES NOT FIT MY TABLE?
Make sure to check out the dimensions under your product description to ensure sizing before ordering.

WHAT IF MY RENTAL ARRIVES DAMAGED?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK OR DAMAGE SOMETHING?
You are responsible for failure to return, loss, destruction, and damage to the items. If you return a product damaged, you will be charged for the price of repairing or replacing the product, as determined by our discretion, to the retail value of the product. We will notify you before any damage fees are charged to your card. See our Terms & Conditions for more details.
