Refund policy

You may cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

• i. Any order cancellations made thirty (30) or more days in advance of the delivery date will result in a full refund in the form of your original payment.
• ii. Any order cancellations less than thirty (30) days but more than four (4) days in advance of the delivery date will not receive a refund, but will receive a credit to your SS account in the form of a promo code that may be applied to any future SS rental, minus a 10% restocking fee.
• iii. If you cancel four (4) or fewer days before your delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or any SS account credit.
